These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RelayBolt platform provided by RelayBolt Inc. ("RelayBolt", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RelayBolt platform at relaybolt.ca or app.relaybolt.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Service Description
RelayBolt is an AI-powered direct message automation platform that connects to your Instagram and WhatsApp business accounts, automatically responds to incoming messages using an AI sales agent, qualifies leads, and facilitates appointment booking. The service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@relaybolt.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RelayBolt only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that violates Meta's Platform Policies for Instagram or WhatsApp. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your connected channels via the RelayBolt AI agent.
5. Subscription and Billing
RelayBolt offers a 14-day free trial on all plans with no credit card required. After the trial, plans are billed monthly at $47/month (Starter), $147/month (Growth), or $397/month (Agency). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
RelayBolt and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the RelayBolt platform, including all software, designs, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription period. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service, including conversation content from your social channels. You grant RelayBolt a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service to you.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The RelayBolt service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific business requirements or that the AI agent will achieve particular sales outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RelayBolt's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall RelayBolt be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may do so by cancelling your subscription in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, violate Meta's platform policies, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies to our collection and use of personal information.
